IGUS xiros® xirodur® B180 Polymer Ball Transfer Unit: This polymer ball transfer unit is made of xirodur® B180 for the lubricant-free transport of sensitive product. These new axial polymer ball casters can carry higher loads compared to the standard xirodur® polymer ball casters. This is due to the newly developed spherical polymer ball caster that can be replaced. By combining an axial bearing and spherical polymer ball caster, a faster change of direction can be performed at higher loads without scratching or leaving dents on the conveyed product. |
